Shipping Provider: We use trusted third-party couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Delivery Charges:
- Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under £100 are charged a flat shipping rate of £7.99.
Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

TechFog is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Unopened Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Opened Packaging: No refunds or exchanges will be offered for items where the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please contact our support team before sending any item back to receive a return authorisation.

In compliance with UK law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase vape products from TechFog.
All vape purchases require age verification at checkout or in-store.
TechFog reserves the right to cancel any order that fails to meet age verification requirements.
